Introduction


When you use YakStub.com (“Site”), we may collect information that can identify you (“personal information”) when you or other persons provide it to us when using our website, or through other means. If we receive your personal information from different sources, we may combine the information.

We do not collect credit card information, such as credit card type, credit card number, and credit card expiry date, because we use PayPal to process your payments. In order to maximize the security of your credit card information, your credit information is never revealed to us, and is sent directly to PayPal’s secure server. PayPal is known for its high level of security.

Protecting the privacy of young people is a top priority to us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, but if it comes to our attention that we have received information about a child under the age of 13, that information will be immediately deleted from our records.

We will retain your personal information for a period of time necessary to complete the customer transaction agreed upon between you and Yak Stub, or as is required by applicable law. This may include a period of time after you receive your order from us and we receive final payment from you and all of your payments are cleared in the banking system, for the purpose of allowing for conflict resolution.

Yak Stub will occasionally review and may edit this policy in accordance with potential changes to our business and as required by law. Yak Stub reserves the right to change its Privacy Policy at any time.
