We understand that when you provide your personal information to us, it is an act of trust which we take seriously. Yak Stub/Roundhouse Design Group, LLC (hereafter referred to as “Yak Stub”) will never disclose any of your personal information to any third party without your prior consent, except where provided for under the following privacy policy. In addition, this Privacy Policy sets out how Yak Stub handles data that identifies you.

When you use YakStub.com (“Site”), we may collect information that can identify you (“personal information”) when you or other persons provide it to us when using our website, or through other means. If we receive your personal information from different sources, we may combine the information.
We do not collect credit card information, such as credit card type, credit card number, and credit card expiry date, because we use PayPal to process your payments. In order to maximize the security of your credit card information, your credit information is never revealed to us, and is sent directly to PayPal’s secure server. PayPal is known for its high level of security.
Protecting the privacy of young people is a top priority to us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, but if it comes to our attention that we have received information about a child under the age of 13, that information will be immediately deleted from our records.
We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, street address, and telephone number. In addition, we collect any personal information you provide for inclusion on a Yak Stub product as a part of your order.

This information is only used to help us track users’ movements around our site, to understand trends, and to further enhance our ability to make our site and product better and more useful for our users. We will retain your personal information for a period of time necessary to complete the customer transaction agreed upon between you and Yak Stub, or as is required by applicable law. This may include a period of time after you receive your order from us and we receive final payment from you and all of your payments are cleared in the banking system, for the purpose of allowing for conflict resolution.
Yak Stub will occasionally review and may edit this policy in accordance with potential changes to our business and as required by law. Yak Stub reserves the right to change its Privacy Policy at any time.
If our site contains links to other websites, Yak Stub cannot guarantee that the privacy practices of the other sites will be up to the standard we hold for our own site. Yak Stub will not be held responsible for the privacy practices of any other websites.
